Ease into parenthood with consistent, restorative overnight care. The Sleep Support Series provides three nights a week of gentle, professional support — 8 hours each night — so you can truly rest, recover, and reset.
Your doula will lovingly care for your baby through the night, offering help with feedings, diaper changes, and soothing, while also guiding you through healthy sleep habits and nighttime routines that grow with your baby.
This rhythm of care helps you find your footing, rebuild your energy, and create peaceful nights for your whole family. Sleep well, knowing you’re supported every step of the way.
What’s included~
8 hours / night
3 nights / week
Newborn care (feeding, diaper changes and soothing your baby so you can rest uninterrupted)
Breastfeeding, pumping and/or bottle feeding support (assistance with overnight nursing or bottle-feeding, including preparation and cleanup)
Sleep guidance (tips for establishing healthy sleep habits for your baby as they grow)
Parent wellness (creating a calming environment to support your recovery and well-being)
