Sun & Stars Birth Services is currently helping a family in the Racine area find a calm, experienced nanny for their baby.

Position Overview

This part-time role includes Tuesday daytime hours (with a parent working from home) and independent Thursday evening care. The ideal candidate is patient, nurturing, and comfortable supporting infant care routines — including naps and, eventually, solid food introduction — while helping baby reach developmental milestones. This role suits someone confident working without regular oversight.

Schedule: Tuesdays 8:00am–4:00pm, Thursday evenings 4:00pm–8:00pm
Start Date: No later than September 1st
Compensation: $17–25/hour, based on experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience with infant care

• Calm, patient temperament

• Comfortable working independently

• Familiarity with developmental milestones

Home Environment: No pets, no allergies.

Our Placement Process: As with all of our nanny placements, candidates go through an initial screening and interview with us, a video call with the family, reference and background checks, an in-person home visit, and — if it's a match — an offer letter and contract.
