A loving family of four in Oregon, WI is searching for a compassionate, experienced nanny to help their household thrive. With a 3-year-old and a 3-month-old at home, and both parents working remotely, they're looking for someone who brings warmth, structure, and genuine care to their children's days.

The Position

Tuesdays 8:15am–2pm and Wednesdays 10am–6pm — exact hours are flexible and can be discussed with the right candidate. Both parents work from home, so comfort working alongside a present household is important. This family values a nanny who operates independently, takes initiative, and doesn't need constant direction.

The Kids

A curious, energetic 3-year-old and a 3-month-old infant. Experience managing the rhythms and schedules of both a toddler and a young baby is a big plus — these two are at very different stages and will need thoughtful, age-appropriate attention throughout the day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Infant and toddler care — managing daily schedules, nap routines, and age-appropriate engagement

• Meal prep for the children and light dinner prep for parents (starting the oven, simple prep tasks)

• Washing bottles and bottle parts — daily and throughout

• Dishes and light kitchen cleanup

• Light housekeeping during nap times

• Walking to nearby parks and the local library — outdoor outings are encouraged

• Joining neighborhood unstructured playtime — this family loves community connection

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced with both infants and toddlers — you understand the difference and can hold both with confidence

• Emotionally attuned — able to compassionately hold space for a toddler's big feelings while maintaining calm, loving boundaries

• A self-starter who keeps things moving without being asked

• Comfortable working in a home where parents are present and working

• No pets in the home — easy and welcoming environment

• References required and a background check required prior to hire

Compensation

• $20-22/hour, negotiable based on experience

• This is an independent contractor/household employee position; benefits are not included
