Sun & Stars Birth Services is currently helping a family in the Sun Prairie/Madison area find an experienced, nurturing nanny for their 3-month-old.

Position Overview

This part-time role offers a steady Tuesday/Thursday schedule with the flexibility to pick up additional hours as the family's needs evolve. The ideal candidate is confident and experienced with young infants, brings warmth and reliability to the role, and is comfortable supporting light household tasks like laundry and tidying.

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:00am–4:00pm (flexible for extra hours)
Start Date: September 1st, 2026
Compensation: $23–25/hour, based on experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience with infants newborn through 12 months

• Confidence with feeding, soothing, and daily infant care

• Familiarity with solids introduction and developmental milestones

• Up-to-date COVID and flu vaccinations (or willingness to receive flu vaccine this fall)

• CPR and Basic First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Our Placement Process: As with all of our nanny placements, candidates go through an initial screening and interview with us, a video call with the family, reference and background checks, an in-person home visit, and — if it's a match — an offer letter and contract.
