Nourishing Postpartum Recipes I Love (and Share with Every Client)
During the postpartum period, nourishing food can make a huge difference in how parents feel and recover. When you're adjusting to life with a newborn, having simple, comforting meals and snacks on hand that are easy to prepare (or reheat!) can make everyday life feel just a little easier.
Over the years, I’ve gathered some favorite recipes that I often share with my clients and doulas. These are created by wonderful cooks and food bloggers whose recipes are reliable, comforting, and easy to prepare ahead of time.
Instead of keeping them tucked away in a notes app or Google doc, I wanted to create a place where they’re easy to find and share. Whether you're preparing freezer meals before baby arrives or just looking for nourishing options during the early weeks, these are some of my go-to favorites.
