Full-Time Nanny Needed – Sun Prairie, WI (Start February–March 2025)

A loving family in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated, experienced full-time nanny to care for their young child beginning mid-February or early March 2025. Both parents work from home and are looking for a dependable caregiver who brings warmth, patience, and professionalism to their household.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 4–5 consistent days per week (flexible for the right fit)

• Hours: 32–40 hours per week

• Start Date: Mid-February or early March 2025

• Location: Sun Prairie, WI

• Duration: Ideally through June 2025, January 2026, or longer

• Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour (based on experience)

• Employment Type: W-2 employee (taxes withheld)

• Benefits: PTO and additional benefits available for discussion

• Extras: Includes a weekly allowance for outings such as library storytime, swim lessons, music class, or park adventures

Family Environment:
This is a kind and welcoming household. Both parents work remotely and value clear communication and mutual respect. They share their home with one friendly dog and one cat. The family has no allergies or cultural preferences and is happy to honor the nanny’s needs or preferences when possible.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional nanny or childcare experience

• Up-to-date vaccinations (including Tdap and flu preferred)

• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain before start)

• Comfortable with pets

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Excellent communication and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing, attentive care in the home

• Support daily routines, naps, and developmental play

• Plan and participate in outings and age-appropriate enrichment activities

• Light tidying related to childcare (bottles, dishes, toys, etc.)

• Engage in play and learning experiences that encourage growth and curiosity

• Partner with parents to maintain consistent routines and care standards
